低温等离子扁桃体切除术32例分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较低温等离子扁桃体切除术与常规剥离法扁桃体切除术对患者术中、术后的影响。方法将56例慢性扁桃体炎患者分为两组,分别采用低温等离子扁桃体切除术和常规剥离法扁桃体切除术,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后7d疼痛程度。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量及术后7d疼痛程度差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);等离子组有1例术后7d出现口咽部渗血棉球压迫10min后血止;剥离组有2例在术后3~4h出血,出血较剧,再次返手术室全身麻醉下缝扎止血。结论低温等离子扁桃体切除术与常规剥离法扁桃体切除术相比具有手术时间短、术中出血少及术后疼痛轻等优势,具有一定的临床应用价。
