掩蔽法治疗感音神经性耳鸣的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of the masking treatment in patients with sensorineural tinnitus

目的探讨掩蔽法治疗感音神经性耳鸣的疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法收集2008年1月-2009年1月就诊于该院门诊的感音神经性耳鸣患者,采用耳鸣康复仪对患者进行掩蔽治疗分析其疗效,并采用logistic法分析影响疗效因素。结果共收集40例患者。其中,男23例,女17例;年龄18～65岁,平均（50.6±16.03）岁;经过1、2个疗程治疗后,随访3个月,患者总有效率65.00%。多因素logistic回归分析显示：耳鸣病程;病情级别;患者年龄;听力状况及音调特征是影响掩蔽法治疗感音神经性耳鸣的相关因素。结论掩蔽法治疗感音神经性耳鸣疗效满意,简便,安全,无明显副作用,值得临床推广应用;尤其对病程短,病情级别低,年龄小,听力好,单一音调者疗效更佳。

[ Objective] To investigate the efficacy and risk factors of masking treatment in patients with sen- sorineural tinnitus. [ Methods ] Data of patients with sensorineural tinnitus received masking treatment from January 2008 to January 2009 were collected; its efficacy was analyzed and factors of affecting the efficacy were assessed by using logistic analysis. [Results] A total of 40 patients, including 23 males and 17 females; age from 18 to 65 years old, with an average （50.6±16.03） years, were selected; With 3-months follow-up period, the total efficiency was 65%. The muhiple regression analysis showed that risk factors of influencing efficacy by using masking treatment were duration of tinnitus; the severity of disease; age of patient; hearing condition and tonal characteristics in pa- tients with sensorineural tinnitus. [ Conclusions ] It is positive for efficacy of masking treatment in patients with sen- sorineural tinnitus, because of its convenience, safety and no significant side effects; therefore, it is worth to support the application for masking treatment in patients with sensorineura[ tinnitus; especiaUy in patients with the young, short duration, low-level condition, good hearing, single tone.
