摘要 为了提高轨道车辆照明控制系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力,提出了一种模糊算法与增量式PID算法相结合的方法,设计了轨道车辆LED照明控制系统。利用ARM微处理器、PT4107可调芯片设计了轨道车辆LED照明控制系统的硬件电路,并对驱动芯片和整流电路进行研究和设计;结合模糊算法的鲁棒性强和PID算法的稳态误差小的特点,提高了系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力,实现了轨道车辆LED照明在线实时控制。仿真及实验结果表明,设计的轨道车辆LED控制系统具有较好的稳态精度,符合设计要求。 In order to improve the stability and anti-interference ability, a method of combining the fuzzy control algorithm and incre- ment type PID control algorithm were proposed, the railway vehicles LED lighting control system was designed. Using the ARM micro- processor and PT4107 adjustable chip, the hardware of the system was designed and also the driving chip and entire circuit were studied and designed; combined the fuzzy control algorithm's strong robustness and PID control algorithm's small Steady-state error, the stability and anti-interference ability of the system was improved, realized online real-time control for railway vehicles LED. Simulation and ex- periments showed that the designed railway vehicles LED lighting control system had steady-state error and conformed to the designed re- quirements.
