白三烯及其调节剂在哮喘发病和治疗中的作用 被引量:9

摘要 支气管哮喘是一种由嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophils,Eos)等炎性细胞以及气道组分细胞参与的慢性气道炎症性疾病,其主要病理改变包括气道炎性细胞浸润、粘液细胞增生和化生、基底膜增厚以及气道反应性增高等。上述过程十分复杂,人们尚未完全明了其确切发生过程。近十余年来的研究已显示,白细胞三烯(leukotriene,LTs)参与了哮喘的上述病理过程。
