摘要
对哈尔滨市道外区批发市场周边公共停车设施建设与使用情况进行了分析,并结合停车现状问题进行了论述,提出了建立合理的停车指示系统、推进停车场建设、制定停车产业发展规划等解决建议,以解决批发市场周边停车难的问题。
This paper analyzed the construction and use situation of surrounding public parking facilities of Harbin Daowai district wholesale mar- ket, and made discussion combining with the parking status issues, proposed the establishment of reasonable parking indicator system, promotion the parking construction, making the parking industry development planning and other solutions, so as to solve the surrounding parking problem of wholesale market.
