摘要
基于某建筑工程深基坑毗邻周边建筑物较近,地下水位较高的特点,提出了采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩结合咬合式水泥土搅拌桩进行支护和降水施工的方案,并对咬合式水泥搅拌桩咬合施工、灌注桩施工泥浆护壁、预应力锚索施工的关键技术作了论述,通过施工实践监测证明,基坑围护稳定,降水效果良好,解决了挖土作业难的问题。
Based on the characteristics of a construction engineering deep foundation pit adjacent to the surrounding buildings, underground water level was high, using reinforced concrete bored pile combining with occlusion type cement soil mixing pile scheme to make support and precipita- tion construction is proposed, and discussed the key technology of occlusion type cement mixing pile occlusion construction, bored pile construc- tion mud wall protection, pre-stressed anchor construction, through the construction practice proved that stability foundation pit monitoring, good precipitation effect, solved the difficult problem of excavation works.
