简述了国内相关法律、法规对监理实施细则的编制要求,通过分析当前监理实施细则存在的问题,提出了一些解决对策,以促进监理行业朝着科学管理、规范管理的方向健康发展。
The paper briefly illustrates supervision implementation regulations compiling demands according to domestic relevant laws and rules, analyzes current supervision implementation problems, and puts forward some solving countermeasures, with a view to promote its scientific and regular development.
