对施工总承包管理模式进行了介绍,根据总承包管理模式的特点,从合同管理、投资控制、进度控制、质量控制等方面进行了调整,以充分发挥管理者的专业优势、技术优势,进一步提高施工管理水平。
The paper introduees the eonstruetion overall eontraet management model, and adjusts from the contract management, investment eon- trol, progress control, and quality eontrol aeeording to the features of the overall contract management model, so as to play the roles of professional and technical edges fully and improve the eonstruetion management level.
