清热祛浊胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻证2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of Qingrequzhuo capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of wet-heat stasis syndrome

目的观察清热祛浊胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻证2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将湿热瘀阻证2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为2组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服清热祛浊胶囊,对照组在常规治疗基础上加服二甲双胍肠溶片,观察2组疗效,比较患者治疗前后中医临床证候、体质量指数、肝酶、血糖、血脂、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数及肝脏CT的变化。结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组74%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组中医临床证候、体质量指数、肝酶、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数及肝脏CT改善情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论清热祛浊胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻证2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝具有较好疗效。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Qingrequzhuo capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of wet-heat stasis syndrome.Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of wet-heat stasis syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group was treated with Qingrequzhuo capsule and the control group was treated with metformin enteric-coated tablets on the basis of normal therapy.The curative effect of both groups were observed,and the changes of TCM clinical syndromes,BMI,liver enzyme,blood sugar,blood fat,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance（HOMA-IR） and liver CT image were compared before and after treatment.Results The general efficiency of treatment group was 95% while 74% of control group,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The improvements of TCM clinical syndromes,BMI,liver enzyme,blood sugar,blood fat,HOMA-IR and liver CT image in treatment group were all better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Qingrequzhuo capsule has good effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of wet-heat stasis syndrome.
