在线度假旅游产品消费者购买意向的实证分析——消费经验的调节作用 被引量:2

摘要 研究消费经验对消费者购买在线度假旅游产品意向的调节作用。研究表明:消费经验对消费者的态度和主观准则没有调节作用;消费经验对感知行为控制有调节作用,对无经验消费者的影响作用更大。
