制造业服务化升级过程中电子商务成长路径分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着世界经济发展步伐的日益加快,制造业的竞争变得越来越激烈,许多制造业为了寻求自身的进一步发展,逐渐向以顾客为中心、以服务为重点的新型服务质量竞争转变,制造业的服务化升级赢来了快速发展的历史机遇。与此同时,以信息网络技术为基础的电子商务影响力越来越大,与制造业服务升级之间形成良性互动。以电子商务的路径选择为研究对象,重点分析在制造业服务化升级过程中我国电子商务成长路径、存在问题及解决对策,旨在帮助制造业提升综合竞争水平。 With the accelerating pace of world economic development, the competition in manufacturing industry has been more intense. Thus, many manufacturing enterprises started to transfer to the novel customer-oriented service quality emphasized on service for further development, and the upgrading in manufacturing servitization gained the historical opportunity for fast de- velopment. Meanwhile, the influence of e-commerce based on network information technology was growing and formed a be- nign interactivity with the upgrading service in manufacturing industry. This paper focuses on analyzing the growth path of China's e-commerce during the upgrading of manufacturing servitization by taking the path selection of e-commerce as study object, the existing problems, and solutions, aiming to help to raise the comprehensive competition level of manufacturing industry.
