伴随世界经济全球化与贸易自由化的不断深化,国际倾销与反倾销之间的矛盾也日益加剧。在分析美国对中国实施反倾销主要原因的基础上,研究了其对中国经济发展的巨大影响,并提出了相应对策。

Along with the deepening of the world economic globalization and trade liberalization, the conflict between the international dumping and anti-dumping aggravates increasingly. Based on the analysis of the main reason for the American an- ti-dumping towards China, this paper studies the enormous influence of United States on China＇s economic development, and puts forward relevant countermeasure.
