摘要
受传统教育学硕士培养定势的影响,全日制教育硕士培养不同程度地存在着与教育学硕士学位培养目标趋同,课程结构体系失衡,双导师制形同虚设,实践环节严重缺失等问题。为了凸显教育硕士专业学位的应用性、实践性特色,参考美国城市驻校教师培养模式,充分立足中国国情,设计了全日制教育硕士驻校教师培养方案。
Influenced by traditional practice, full-time master-of-education programs in China has a number of problems: indistinctive training objectives compared to those of master-of-pedagogy programs, imbalanced curriculum, ineffective double supervisor system, and lack of practice. In order to emphasize the professional applicability and practicality of the training provided by master-of-education programs, a teacher residency training model for such programs is designed that incorporates features of the American urban .
