摘要
教师权力是教师作为专业教育者引导和教育学生的权力,是"教育者"这一特定角色赋予教师的一种教育性力量。教师权力不是教师个人所拥有的特权,它的使用必须遵循教育的道德性和逻辑性,才能获得自身的合理性。在教育过程中,教师权力表现为三种基本形式,惩罚、权威以及规则,明确它们的合理性及限度是教师正确运用自身权力的前提和基础。
Teacher's power is the power for teachers,as professional educator,to guide and educate the students,and it's an educative power given by "educator,"the specific role.Teacher's power is not the teacher's privilege;it must be abided by the morality and logicality of education,so that it can obtain the rationality.During the education,teacher's power has three fundamental forms,that is punishment,authority and regulation.Making clearing the rationality and limitation is the premise and foundation for teachers to use their power properly.
