摘要 针对靶场试验安全管道设计中存在的问题,提出靶场试验安全管道设计与优化方法。结合靶场实际工程背景及试验目的要求,分析影响安全管道设计的主要因素,建立一种满足靶场试验的安全管道和分析方法,并从试验消耗、安控可靠性等角度完成对设计方案的量化分析、评估和优化。结果表明:该方法能实现安全管道参数的自动化生成,解决传统安全管道设计时存在的不能进行定量评价的问题,使管道设计的优劣评价有更科学的评价依据,可为靶场试验安全管道设计提供参考。 Aiming to the problem of designing safety channel in range tests, the method of design and optimization for rang test safety channel is put forward. Combining the actual engineering background with the purpose requests in ranges, the major factors influencing the design of safety channel is discussed. The safety channel and analytical method that can be satisfied with range test is built up. From the point of view of range test consumption and safety control reliability, the quantity analysis, valuation and excellent turn of the designed schemes is completed. The result show that the method can make the parameter of the safety channel produced automatically, resolve the traditional safety channel design method problem that other party case can not be evaluated qualitatively, make the evaluation of good and bad for the design of safety channel have the scientific basis, and provide the reference for the design of range test safety control.
