摘要
介绍了玻璃熔窑蓄热室格子体设计的传统做法和新做法。传统做法是根据熔化区面积或单位助燃空气量,来确定格子体的换热面积或体积。新做法是以助燃空气要达到的预热温度来确定格子体的换热面积。给出了助燃空气预热温度计算的经验公式,用实例给出了格子体设计计算过程和助燃空气的预热温度计算结果。
Conventional and new design of regenerative checker-work in glass furnace were compared . The heat exchange area or volume of the checker-work are determined by melting area or unit volume of combustion air in conventional method , while the heat exchange area of checker-work is fixed by preheating temperature with combustion air in new method . The empirical equation is deduced for calculating preheating temperature with combustion air . Computational process during design of checker-work and results of preheating temperature are listed .
