结合沙河市玻璃产业发展的现状和背景,阐述了建立沙河市玻璃技术人员评价、培训机制的必要性和意义,并提出了建立沙河市玻璃技术人员评价培训机制的初步设想。
This paper combined the present situation and background of the development of glass industry in Shahe City, expounds the significance and necessity of the establishment of evaluation, training mechanism of glasstechnology staff of Shahe City, and put forward a preliminary idea of establishing the evaluation mechanism for the training of technical personnel in Shahe city of glass.
