摘要
对机组进行变转速、变励磁测试,通过对试验数据及波形频谱进行计算与分析。查找振动原因,同时对机组进行轴系状态和轴心运行轨迹分析,检测机组的轴线运行情况和导轴瓦间隙调整情况,最后对发电机转子进行现场动平衡处理。按方案处理后,大幅减小了机组的摆度和振动。
Through the analysis and computing from the test data and wave frequency spectrum from variable speed and excitation experiment, the vibration reason was found. Meanwhile, the shafting state and axis center operation situation was analyzed, and the shafting operating and leading axle clearance was inspected. At last, the field dynamic balance for rotor was measured. According to this plan, the vibration and swing was greatly reduced.
