Study on distribution network protection scheme with distributed power based on optical fiber communication

提出一种基于通信信道的保护方案,通过安装方向元件和上下级保护构成通信单元来严格区分内部故障和外部故障,并用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对搭建的系统模型进行了仿真验证。

This paper presented a protection scheme based on a communication channel by installing directional element and protection constituted a communication unit to strictly distinguish between internal faults and external faults, and PSCAD/EMTDC software made simulation for validation of the proposed protection scheme.
