摘要
高等教育依附性及自主性使其与经济发展呈现出非均衡互动性关系,高等教育发展应根据经济发展的阶段性规律和要求进行相应转变。高等教育发展方式转变的关键内容和核心机理是其要素组合方式的优化。结构路径、技术路径、制度路径为高等教育发展方式转变提供了一种有效的整合机制,此种整合机制通过对发展要素优化组合来有效破解高等教育发展问题,加速高等教育发展的进程,成为高等教育发展方式转变的可行路径选择。
The non equilibrium interactive relationship between higher education and economic is caused by its dependence and independence. The development of higher education should make corresponding change according to the laws of the stage of economic development and requirements. The key content and the core mechanism of the transformation of the mode of development of higher education is to optimize the combination of elements. Technology path ,system path and institution path provide an effective integration mechanism for the transformation of the development mode of higher education,which has become a feasible way to transform the mode of development of higher education by its functions of solving the problem and modifying the process of the higher education development.
