摘要
对高职教师胜任特征要素的研究是源于高职院校师资队伍建设的需要以及高职院校工作效率提高的需要。通过运用行为事件访谈法对高职教师胜任特征要素的搜集与分析,经过被试与样本的选择、访谈内容的文本分析以及对所得数据的结果分析完成实验过程,得出高职院校教师胜任特征的要素。高职教师胜任特征要素主要有自我控制、赞赏同事、积极主动等,由此得知,高职院校提高教师胜任特征需要学校与教师共同努力。
Research on vocational teacher competency elements is derived from vocational colleges teaching team building needs and the need to improve the efficiency of vocational colleges. In this study, behavioral event interview 'qualified for vocational teachers to collect and analyze characteristics of the elements in the sample after the test is selected, the text content analysis of interviews and analysis of the results of the completion of the data obtained during the experiment,draw vocational colleges teacher competency elements. In this study,the analysis of the study results obtained vocational teacher competency elements are mainly self-control, appreciation of Colleagues, active, etc. Thus informed, vocational colleges intend to improve teacher competency needs of schools and teachers to work together.
