建国以来我国研究生教育发展演变的制度分析——基于历史制度主义的视角

Institutional Analysis on the Changes of National Graduation Education Since the Founding of China——On the View of Historical Institutionalism

新中国成立以来,研究生教育的发展经历了三个发展阶段。影响我国研究生教育发展演变的深层结构包括经济体制变迁、政治体制改革和科技体制创新。研究生教育在其变迁中呈现出强劲的路径依赖是政府对研究生教育资源的理性选择的结果,而研究生教育制度变迁的动力主要是国家的立法行为和政府与高校之间的权力博弈。

The development of graduation education has experienced three stages since the founding of new china. The deep structure that effect the graduation education of development and evolution includes economic system＇ s change,political system＇ s reform,and science and technology system＇ s innovation ;the strong path dependence in the process of graduation education changes is the result of government＇ rational choice for graduation education resources;and the motive force for institution transition of graduation education mainly comes from the national legislative act and the power game between the government and the university.
