通过串联的C-H活化Heck反应和分子内迈克尔加成,我们完成了一种雷美替胺的关键中间体2-(2,6,7,8-四氢-1H-茚并[5,4-b]呋喃-8-基)丙烯酸乙酯的合成。
An synthesis of Ramelteon intermediate Ethyl 2-(6,7-dihydro-1H-inden- and[5,4-b]furan-8(2H) -ylidene) acetate has been achieved, which involved a tandem C-H activation-alkylation/Heck reac-tion and subsequent highly intramolecular Michael addition to generate the corresponding intermediate.
