摘要 目的:探讨局部注射A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)对脑卒中后痉挛性肘及手功能障碍的改善作用。方法:20例伴有上肢痉挛的患者在BTX-A治疗前及治疗后2周、4周和12周应用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评估。结果:治疗后MAS改善(P<0.05),改善于注射后2周稳定出现,并至少维持12周。FMA、MBI与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:BTX-A局部注射可以改善脑卒中后上肢痉挛及部分功能。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A)in the treatment of upper limb muscle spasticity,especially hand function obstacle and elbow extension,caused by stroke.Methods:Muscle tone was assessed using the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS).Other outcome measures were the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and modified Barthel lndex(MBI).20 patients were assessed at baseline and 2,4and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:The scores of MAS improved after treatment(P〈0.05),from 2weeks to 12 weeks.No significant improvement was observed in FMA and MBI(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Local BTX-A injection can reduce the spasticity,and improve function of upper limbs for stroke patients.
