改良腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术(LSH)治疗子宫良性病变的临床效果

目的:对改良腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术(LSH)治疗子宫良性病变的临床效果进行探讨。方法:选取50例在我院接受手术治疗的子宫良性病变的患者,将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术进行治疗,实验组采用改良腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术(LSH)进行治疗。观察子宫良性病变在改良腹腔镜下子宫全切除术(LSH)治疗的情况下的临床效果。结果:两组患者在治疗后,实验组住院时间、排气时间、下床时间及住院费等都低于对照组,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。实验组恢复时间、手术时间及出血量均明显低于对照组,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:经过改良腹腔镜下子宫全切除术(LSH)治疗效果显著,大大地降低恢复时间,术后并发症较少,减少手术时间和手术中的出血量,减轻患者家庭的经济负担。

Objective：Modified laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy （LSH） to investigate the clinical effect of the treat-ment of benign uterine diseases .Methods：A total of 50 patients received operation therapy in our hospital in patients with benign uterine diseases ,divided into the control group and the experimental group ,the control group using the traditional laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy for treatment ,experimental group using a modified laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy （LSH） treatment .Observation of uterine benign lesion of uterine in modified laparoscopic hysterectomy （LSH） clinical effect of the treatment of the case .Results：The patients in the two groups after treatment ,the experi-mental group ,exhaust time ,hospitalization time getting out of bed time and hospitalization costs are lower than that of the control group ,there is statistical significance （P〈0 .05） .The experimental group recovery time ,operation time and blood loss were significantly lower than those in the control group ,there is statistical significance （P〈 0 .05） . Conclusion：After the uterus modified laparoscopic hysterectomy （LSH） treatment significantly ,greatly reduce recover-y time ,less postoperative complications ,reduce the operation time and bleeding volume in operation ,relieve the eco-nomic burden of the family .
