摘要
研究了葡萄糖酸钠、丙三醇等六种缓凝剂、聚羧酸减水剂、聚丙烯酰胺及着色剂在不同掺量及不同使用条件下对表面缓凝剂性能的影响。研究表明,丙三醇与某有机膦酸同聚羧酸减水剂复合使用进一步提升了表面缓凝剂缓凝组份的缓凝效果及稳定性,通过炭黑的着色作用和一定质量比的聚丙烯酰胺调节有效缓凝组份对面层混凝土的渗入深度及降低喷洒量波动敏感性,可制备出着色效果良好、在5~35℃环境温度、24~60h 露骨处理时间、100~150g/m2喷洒量范围内均可实现良好露骨处理效果的低敏感性表面缓凝剂。
The effects of different retarders, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, polyacrylamide and colorant on surface retarders at different use condition and dosage are investigated. The retarders included sodium gluconate, glycerol, and so on. Results show that it can enhance the retarding effect and stability by glycerol and an organic phosphonic acid com-pounded with polycarboxylate superplasticizer, through the use of carbon black and polyacrylamide adjusted the infiltration depth,it is reasonable to produce low sensitive surface retarders,which had 24~60h effective acting time and can be used at 5~35℃ ambient temperature, 100~150g/m2 concentration.
