脑膜瘤组织中IGF-1、FⅧ-RAg的表达变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察脑膜瘤组织中胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)和第八因子相关抗原(FⅧ-RAg)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤组织及正常硬脑膜组织中IGF-1、FⅧ-RAg,并分析两指标间的相关性。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤组织(A、B、C组)及正常硬脑膜组织(D组)IGF-1阳性表达率分别为16.1%±12.1%、48.2%±12.1%、63.1%±12.2%、0,两两比较,P均<0.05;FⅧ-RAg在相对应组别中的微血管密度(MVD)值分别为16.6±6.2、21.5±6.5、27.8±6.2、5.6±0.8,C组与其他各组比较,A、B组与D组比较,P均<0.05。MVD与IGF-1表达呈正相关(r=0.794 3,P<0.05)。结论不同病理分级脑膜瘤中IGF-1、FⅧ-RAg的表达强度不同,IGF-1有促脑膜瘤血管生成的活性,在脑膜瘤的发生、发展过程中起一定作用。
