曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿17例 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病性黄斑水肿是糖尿病患者视力下降的主要原因之一，在糖尿病史超过20a的患者中约29％会发生黄斑水肿，其中一半以上患者会在2a的随访中出现视力下降［1］。曲安奈德（TA）是一种长效类固醇激素，玻璃体腔注射此种药物可用于治疗多种原因引起的黄斑水肿。近年来，我们采用TA玻璃体腔注射治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿17例，取得良好疗效。现报告如下。
