结构简化和语言演变密切相关。文章基于汉语实例认为所有的词汇化现象都与结构简化有关。词汇化中的结构简化可分为两大类:一类是结构成分的省略,是成分本身表层的结构简化;另一类是结构关系的简化,是成分所在句子的深层结构简化,包括几种具体情况,还有两种相对特殊的现象,究其本质仍是结构简化。词汇化中的结构简化与重新分析密不可分,认知心理机制是"组块"使语言结构难度控制在敏感点以下,深层动因则是语言经济原则。词汇化都涉及不同程度的结构简化。

Structural simplification is closely related to language change. This article holds thatthe phenomenon of lexicalization is associated with structural simplification based on evidence fromChinese. Structural simplification in lexicalization can be divided into two categories the structuralcomponent reduction which is the simplification of surface structure itself and the simplification ofstructural relationship which is the simplification of the deep structure, including some other specificsituations and two other special phenomena of structural simplification. The essence of these phenom-ena is still structural simplification. Structural simplification in lexicalization is closely related to rean-alysis. The cognitive psychological mechanism is the chunking that limits the language structure diffi-culty below the sensitive points, the motivation of which is the economic principle of language. Allthe lexicalization process is involved with the structural simplification to some extent.
