新型城镇化进程中强化学校公民意识教育研究

Research on Strengthening School Citizen Consciousness Education in the Course of New-type Urbanization

人的现代化是新型城镇化的关键要素,而公民素质又是人的现代化的基本前提和基础。根据国内外城市化建设中推进公民意识教育的效果和经验,应该探索具有中国特色的新市民教育模式:即各级城市政府、教育行政主管部门、中小学校、学生共同努力,通过"以小手牵大手",强化中小学校公民素质培养,反向引导成人公民素质提高,增强公民意识教育效果。

Human modernization is the key factor of the new-type urbanization, and the citizen quality is the premise and basis of human modernization. According to the effect and experience of citizen consciousness education in the course of urbanization at home and abroad, the new citizen education pattern with Chinese characteristics should be developed, i.e. the city government at all levels, departments of educational administration, schools and students should work together to strengthen the education of the citizen quality in primary and secondary schools through ＂growing with children＂, reversing the guide to improve the citizen quality of adults and enhancing the effect of citizen consciousness education.
