摘要
上海"福喜食品安全事件"反映了当前中国食品安全监管的现状和难点,2014年7月公示的《中华人民共和国食品安全法(修订草案)》在"加强食品安全监管"方面仍然有完善的空间。"建立高效统一的食品安全监管体制""建立有奖举报制度""建立严格的全过程监管制度""进一步落实监管问责机制"是完善中国食品安全监管立法的必由之路。
The Shanghai Fuxi Food Safety Incident has aroused concerns with the predicament of present food safety regulation in China. In the Food Safety Law of the PRC (revised draft) publicized in July of 2014, there is still room for improvement in terms of promoting food safety regulation. Approaches to the perfection of food safety regulation legislation in China include "establishing an unified and efficient food safety regulation system", "establishing a prize--for-- reporting system", "establishing a strict and overall regulation system", and " further implementing the regulation and accountability system".
