On the Impact of the EU Law on the Nationalism in the Process of European Integration

欧盟法在欧洲一体化进程中对民族主义的作用和影响:一是欧盟法作用于与战争相关的关键领域煤、钢的一体化进程;二是作用于民族国家和平地共同发展的循序渐进的经济合作领域;三是采用国际法的软、硬法作为民族国家融洽的实施方式;四是建立以公平、正义、民主和人权为价值取向的欧盟法为各民族国家的至上之法;五是建立有实施机制的超国家因素的欧盟机构来保障各民族国家的协调一致;六是借助国内法的实施机制实现欧盟法,从而确保欧盟法对于欧洲民族主义产生重要的影响。

The impact of the EU Law on the nationalism in the process of European integration lies in the following six aspects： 1. the EU Law would have an impact on the integration of war--related key domains such as coal and steel; 2. the EU Law would have an impact on the progressive economic cooperation for the nations peace and common development; 3. soft laws and hard laws in the EU Law arc adopted as ways to promote the harmony in national countries; 4. The EU law, the law with values of fairness, justice, democracy and respects to human rights, should be identified as the supreme law among EU countries; 5. the supranational EU institutions should be established to safcguard the coordination and coherence among EU countries; 6. Implementation mechanisms of domestic law should be referred to in helping to implement the EU Law, so as to highlight the impact of the EU law on European nationalism.
