摘要
国企改革已经进入到攻坚阶段,如何提高企业经理素质,建立经理职业化运行机制已显得越来越迫切。本文试图通过以下三个方面论述我国实行国有企业经理职业化的重要意义及客观必然性:首先,要充分认识职业经理的人力资本,职业经理应成为社会经济的主宰;其次,企业经理任命制已不适应时代的需要,职业化成为必然趋势;最后,职业经理生存环境已逐渐成熟,职业化已拉开序幕。
The reform of state -owned enterpris e has entered a critical stage.It is a pressing issue to improve the qualities of enterprise managers an d to build a mechanism to professionalize enterprise managers.From thre e as-pects the author explains the significance and inevitability to professionalize managers of state -owned en terprises in China.First of all,the author calls full attention of people to the fact t hat human resources of professional managers are phenomenal and can not b e overlooked.They should and will dominate social economy in the fu-ture.Secondly,since the manager -a ppointed system in the past cannot me et the needs of the present day,professionalization of managers has become necessary.Up to now,the environment for manager professionali zation has grown mature,manager professionalization has come almost into practic e.
