应用型本科院校法学专业实践教学思考——以石家庄学院法学专业为例

Reflections on Law Practice Teaching of Application-oriented Colleges :A Case Study of Shijiazhuang University

法学实践教学是法学应用型人才培养的重要途径,因此,应用型本科院校应加强对实践教学的重视程度。虽然近几年各院校加大了实践教学的改革力度,取得了一些成效,但仍存在对实践教学重视程度不够、实践教学工作落实不到位、实践教学保障机制不够完善、缺乏科学有效的监督评价体系等问题。对此,应树立"实践育人"的理念,加强对实践教学的重视程度,加强实践教学管理,充分落实实践教学工作,健全与实践教学相配套的保障机制,完善实践教学的监督评价体系。

The law practice teaching is one of the important ways for training applied talents of law;theretore, the application-oriented colleges should attach more importance to the practical teaching. Although achievements have been made in application-oriented colleges in recent years, there are still some problems：the practice teaching is not put in place, guarantee mechanism is imperfect, the scientific and effective supervision and evaluation system is insufficient, etc. So, efforts should be made to build up the idea of ＂practice＂, strengthen the implementation of practice teaching, improve the security mechanism that matches the practice teaching as well as the supervision and evaluation system of practice teaching.
