区域核心竞争力由比较优势和竞争优势共同组成,比较优势赋予核心竞争力以独特性,是基础;竞争优势突出了区域经济的内生能力,是主导方面。发展核心竞争力应突出比较优势的经济市场价值,同时大力发展区域特色产业的创新力。文中最后说明了创新对核心竞争力发展的意义,并从要素、技术和产业三个基本层面进行了简要讨论。

The comparative advantage,acting a s foundation on account of bestowing distinction on the core compe-tence,and competitive advantage,p laying a leading role because of paying attention to the endogenous capab ility of regional economy,make up regional c ore competence.The innovation ability of the regional characteristic i ndustry must be developed and the economic an d market value of comparative advant age should be projected in the de-velopment of the core competence.This paper shows the importance of innovation for building up core competen ce,and discusses briefly the requireme nts of innovation in terms of production factors,technology and industr y.
