创新服务机制提高大学生群众工作能力浅析

On How to Innovate Service Mechanism to Improve College Students' Mass Work Ability

党的群众路线教育实践活动号召全党深入群众,了解群众需求,为群众解决困难和问题;在共青团践行党的群众路线号召时,一方面要注重青年的群众工作,另一方面要把广大团员青年的群众工作能力提上去,展现党的后备军的风采;以五邑大学土木建筑学院为例,通过研究大学生志愿服务机制,总结大学生在志愿服务平台上的群众工作体现,从志愿服务的组织归属、运营方式、服务质量和活动内容四个方面,探讨如何锻炼和提高大学生的群众工作能力。

Practice Activities of the Party＇s mass line education has called on the whole party to go deep into the masses to know their needs,help them to solve difficulties and problems.In the communist youth league＇s practice of the party＇s mass line,it is required to pay attention to the mass work done by young people,and to improve the youth＇s working ability of the masses,showing the elegant style of the party＇s reserve force.This paper sets School of civil Construction of Wuyi University as an example to make analysis through the study of college students＇ volunteering service mechanism,and to summarize students＇ performance in the mass work on the students＇ working ability of the masses from the four aspects：organization belonging,operation mode,service quality and activities content of volunteering service.
