北京开放大学课程辅导教师能力需求与实际现状调查 被引量:12

摘要 随着我国开放大学建设进程的推进,课程辅导教师逐渐成为开放大学落实基于学习过程的优质网络课程教学的关键因素。面对更加复杂化、技术化、个性化的网络教学辅导工作情景,课程辅导教师的能力构成与结构需要发生怎样的变化才能适应网络时代开放大学课程教学辅导与教学服务对其提出的新要求?鉴于此,该文在文献研究的基础上采用问卷调查的方法,深入调查了北京开放大学课程辅导教师、远程学生和学校其他各类教学相关的三类角色对开放大学课程辅导教师能力需求的看法。通过能力重要性评估和相对耗时评估,定义课程辅导教师的核心能力、关键能力与辅助能力,通过能力自评考察当前在职人员的实际能力水平。文章最后根据调查结果,对开放大学课程辅导教师能力需求的特殊性、技术应用与学习管理能力的重要性以及辅导教师培训进行了讨论。该文希望能够为正在实践中探索开放大学课程辅导教师的能力需求、能力标准和能力培训的研究提供依据。 With the development of Open University in China, tutors become one of the key factors of implementing high quality courses based on learning process. With more complicated, technical and personalized working situation during online tutoring, the composition and structure of tutors' competencies should be changed to adapt to new requirements of course tutoring and teaching services at open universities. In this paper, on the basis of literature research, the researchers employed the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the tutors, distance learners and other teaching related personnel's points of view on the competence needs of tutors at Beijing Open University. The core competences, key competences and auxiliary competences of tutors were defined by importance assessment and relatively time-consuming assessment. And the actual levels of competencies of tutors were inspected by self-evaluation. At last, according to the results of the investigation, the particularity of competencies, the importance of technology application and leaming management competencies and the training for tutors were discussed. This paper hopes to provide research bases in exploring competency needs, competency standards and training of tutors at open universities in China.
