摘要
教师在线实践社区(The Teacher's Online Communities Of Practice,简称COP)作为一种教师专业学习的理想学习环境日益蓬勃发展,并已引起众多研究者的高度关注。该文从知识管理的视角出发,论述了在COP这种学习型组织中,是如何实现基于课堂教学行为大数据将教师的隐性知识显性化,通过数字故事作品实现教师知识的传播与分享,利用信息化环境下的校长领导力促进教师的专业学习与教学创新,并总结了基于网络学习社区教师的知识创生与知识管理过程与方法。COP正在助力教师的专业学习从1.0时代向3.0时代努力迈进。
There are many problems and challenges in teachers' Professional learning and training. The Teacher's Online Communities Of Practice (COP) as an ideal learning environment of teacher professional learning, has attracted many researchers' attention day by day. This study discusses the COP organization from the knowledge management perspective. Based on the big data of teaching behaviors in classroom, COP can converse the tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge of teachers. COP can spread and share teachers' knowledge through digital storytelling works. COP can also promote professional learning and teaching innovation with principals' leadership. Then, this paper summarizes the knowledge creation and knowledge management process and methods in COP. COP is assistin~ the teachers' orofessional learning from 1.0 era to 3.0 era.
