论我国高校教学与科研关系的演变与协调发展

Evolution of the Relationship between Teaching and Research and Their Coordinative Development

教学和科研是高校的主要职能,二者之间关系变化经历了一个复杂的历程,长期处于事实上的非此即彼状态,从而使得教学与科研的关系变成了对立和矛盾的关系。现阶段包括我国学校资源分配,教学管理制度,教师与学生积极性,培养规格,教学内容、方法、手段等在内的教学与科研关系方面的状况令人十分堪忧。应在正确认识高校教学与科研之间关系的基础上,采取相应措施实现高校教学与科研的协调融合发展,提高本科人才培养质量。

Teaching and research are the main functions of institutions of higher learning.However,the relationship between the two has experienced a complicated process and has been in the either-or state for a long time,which has resulted in a contradictory relationship between teaching and research.And this relationship,which involves the allocation of resources,the teaching management system,the enthusiasm of teachers and students,the specifications of training as well as the teaching content,method and means,is worrying and troubling.So we should take some measures to achieve the coordinative development of teaching and research in colleges and universities after acquiring a correct understanding of the relationship between the two to improve the puality of training of undergraduate talent.
