摘要
职务校长的大学体制不利于我国高等教育科学发展。在推进中国大学体制创新过程中,采用校长职业化管理方式,改变高校管理行政化现状,不但可以造就更多的职业管理专家、增强管理绩效,而且能在更高程度上实现高等教育办学目标。通过揭示我国大学行政化管理主要弊端、大学校长职业化管理的现实意义,提出推进我国大学校长职业化管理体制改革的基本策略。
The role of the president in the university system is unfavorable for the scientific development of higher education in China.In the process of promoting the innovation of the university system in China,change of the present administrative management by professionalizing the president can not only make more experts in management to improve their management performance,but also achieve the goal of higher education to a larger extent.By revealing the main weaknesses of the administrative management of Chinese colleges and universities and the significance of professionalization of the university president,this article proposes some fundamental strategies for pushing forward the professionalization of university president.
