大学治理研究十年:主题、方法和层面

Ten Years of University Governance Research in China:Themes,Methods,and Levels

我国大学治理是一个研究不充分的新兴领域,具有外力驱动、问题触发、实践导向和由外转内特征;研究总体处于从全球视野内化为本土眼光、从问题研究上升为体系建构、从外部治理转向为内部治理的起步阶段;方法运用比较单一且远未达到方法论自觉的程度;研究层次以宏观意义上的院校、国际比较层次为绝对主导,中微观层次的研究较少论及。基于此,提出一些具体建议,供后续研究参考。

The university governance is an under-researched emerging field in China.Its research is usually externally driven,problem-triggered,pragmatically oriented and made from the external to the internal.By and large,the research is still at its initial stage,where the＂global vision＂is internalized as the＂local perspective＂,the aim of study is upgraded from ＂solving problems＂to＂constructing the system＂,and the object of study changes from the ＂external governance＂to the ＂internal governance＂.At this stage,the research method is relatively simple and the researchers are lacking in selfawareness of methodology;macroscopic comparisons of universities and countries dominate the research.In view of these limitations,the present article advances some suggestions for future research in this field.
