It is shown in [1]that the theorems on estimation of returns to scale by C 2R model or C 2GS 2 model are given, but may fail to work.For DEA efficient (C 2GS 2) DMU,this paper gives efficient theorems on estimation of returns to scale by additive model in DEA.
