创业团队的信任问题研究——以朗科为例

摘要 团队创业是现代创业活动中最常见的形式之一,信任是促进创业团队取得成功的坚实基础。文章以深圳朗科科技有限公司为例,根据其1999年建立至今的营业收入把企业的生命周期划分为4个阶段。分析信任在高新科技创业团队的建设过程中所起的作用,并着重探讨在高科新企业在不同的生命周期创业团队如何进行信任管理,旨为高科技企业创业团队的信任管理提供理论上的借鉴。
