摘要
在机体哲学视野中,学校是一个有机体,学校的文化形象是学校作为一个"机体"的精气神。基于机体哲学的生命性、生成性、整体性和活动性,以及怀特海关于教育的论述,过程教育理论当包含生命论、生成论、整体论、主体论、浪漫论、生活论和环境论。这"七论"既是学校文化研究的理论支撑,也是学校文化特色的生长之源。学校文化的品格是传统优秀文化、现代先进文化与本土特色文化的融合,不同的学校文化品格和特色形成个性化的学校文化建设格局。
In the view of the philosophy of organism, a school is an organism, and the cultural image of the school is the spirit and energy of the school. Based on the Life, Generation, Wholeness and Activity of the philosophy of organism, and Whitehead's philosophy, Process Education contains Biognosis, Generation theory, Holism, Romantic theory, Life theory and Environment theory. These theories are not only the basis of the research of school culture, but also the source of the cultural characteristics of a school. School culture is a composition of traditional culture, advanced culture and local culture, so each school forms their own culture.
