中药治疗子宫内膜异位症作用机制的研究进展 被引量：25

摘要 子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis,EMT）简称内异症,是指子宫内膜组织（腺体和间质）出现在子宫体以外的部位[1]。EMT是一种常见的妇科疾病,在育龄妇女中发病率高达10%~15%,且近年来有明显上升的趋势[2]。其引起的慢性盆腔痛、痛经及不孕等严重影响广大妇女身心健康及生活质量[3]。内异症的发病机制至今仍未完全阐明,目前最广为接受的是由Sampson首先提出的经血逆流种植学说,
