2008-2012年西部三省(市、区)基层中医医疗服务发展趋势分析

The Development Trend Analysis of Grass-roots TCM Services in Three Western Provinces(Municipal, District) from 2008 to 2012

目的:了解2008-2012年广西、重庆、陕西基层中医医疗服务发展趋势,为西部卫生行动实施健康干预奠定基础。方法:收集2008-2012年广西、重庆、陕西基层医疗机构中医类服务数据,使用动态数列分析法分析基层中医医疗服务发展趋势。结果:与2008年相比,2012年广西、重庆、陕西基层医疗卫生机构中医类诊疗人次分别增加807.8、650.5、570.1万人次,年均增长率分别为10.2%、6.0%、6.3%;中医类出院人数分别增加15087.0、19165.0、8657.0人,年均增长率分别为79.4%、28.2%、24.6%。结论:西部三省(市、区)基层医疗机构中医类诊疗人次总量逐年增加,基层医疗机构中医类出院人数保持稳定,略有上升。存在基层中医药服务能力不足,城乡基层中医药发展不平衡等问题。

Objective：To grasp the development trend of grass-roots TCM services in Guangxi, Chongqing, Shaanxi provinces （municipal, district） from 2008 to 2012,laying the foundation for the implementation of the healthy action in the project of Western Area Health Initiative. Methods： Collecting data of grass-roots TCM services in Guangxi, Chongqing, Shaanxi provinces （municipal, district） from 2008 to 2012, use the statistical method of dynamic series to analysis the development trend of grass-roots TCM services. Results： Relative to 2008, the total numbers of visits of TCM in Guangxi, Chongqing and Shaanxi have been increased by 807.8, 650.5, 570.1 （10000） respectively in 2012.The average annual increase rates were 10.2%, 6.0%, 6.3% respectively. The numbers of inpatients of TCM were increased by 15 087.0,19 165.0 and 8 657.0 respectively. The average annual growth rates were79.4%, 28.2% and 24.6% respectively. Conclusion： The total number of visits of TCM in grass-roots health care institutions in western three provinces has been on the increase year by year. The number of inpatients of TCM in grass-roots health care institutions remains stable with slight increase. But also exist problems, such as, the grass-roots TCM service ability is insufficient and TCM development in urban and rural grass-roots health care institutions is imbalanced.
