中药炮制品临床使用情况分析

Clinical Usage Analysis of Chinese Herbal Pieces

目的:探讨中药炮制品在临床中的使用情况。方法:对我院2013年度中药炮制品的使用数量、使用频率数据进行统计,对医师、药师临床应用中出现的问题进行分析。结果:临床上使用炮制品约占常用品种的1/3,使用频率高;但是使用过程中存在名称混淆、药效差别、剂量标准不统一等影响治疗效果的问题。结论:国家应加快规范中药饮片统一标准,加强中药炮制技术交流;医疗单位应在中药饮片的采购、信息收录等方面促进其规范性。

Objective： To investigate the situation of Chinese herbal processing use in clinic. Methods： The problem of fre- quency and quantity use of Chinese herbal processing was analyzed in our hospital during 2013. Results： The clinical use of Chinese herbal processing accounted for about a third of the commonly used varieties, use rate is high. In nractice, some problems exist, such as different efficacy, disunified standard and improper drug name. Conclusions： The government should make Chinese herbal pieces standards and strengthen the exchange. Medical institutions need also promote its standardization in the aspect of procurement and information collection.
