摘要 目的:测定分析乌药醋制前后主要化学组分的变化。方法:以《中国药典》(2010版附录XD)"挥发油测定法"测定不同乌药挥发油含量,以紫外分光光度法测定不同乌药总黄酮含量、以酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量,比较乌药醋制前后挥发油、总黄酮、总生物碱的含量变化。结果:乌药醋制后,除总生物碱含量增加外,挥发油、总黄酮含量都减少。结论:乌药去甲异波尔定的含量相比药典方法有所偏低,推测主要原因在总生物碱提取所用溶剂不同和萃取损耗导致。 Objective: To determine and analysis the changes of main component from "Wuyao (Lindera)" to Vinegar "Wuyao (Lindera)". Methods: Volatile oil determination method in Pharmacopoeia appendix XD was applied to determine the content of volatile oil in different "Wuyao (Lindera)"; UV absorption spectroscopy was applied to determine the content of total flavonoids in different "Wuyao (Lindera)"; Acidic dye colorimetric method was applied to determine the content of total alkaloids,and compare the content changes of volatile oil, total flavonoids and total alkaloids in different "Wuyao (Lindera)". Conclusion: The "Wuyao (Lindera)" been processed with vinegar compare to the "Wuyao (Lindera)", in addition to the increase in the content of total alkaloids, the content of volatile oil and total flavonoids reduced.
