离子色谱法检测羟丙甲纤维素中甲酸与乙酸

摘要 目的建立检测羟丙甲纤维素中甲酸、乙酸的离子色谱法。方法色谱柱为Dionex Ionpac AG11柱(50 mm×4 mm,5μm)+AS11柱(250 mm×4 mm,5μm),以在线EG发生罐产生的KOH作为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1 m L/min,电导检测,柱温30℃。结果甲酸质量浓度线性范围是0.1~20μg/m L(r=0.999 2),检测限为0.005μg/m L,平均加样回收率为99.35%;乙酸质量浓度线性范围是0.1~20μg/m L(r=0.999 6),检测限为0.006μg/m L,平均加样回收率为102.06%。结论该法简便、快速,灵敏度高,适用于羟丙甲纤维素中甲酸、乙酸的检测。 Objective To establish a gradient ion chromatography method to determine formic acid and acetic acid in hypromellose.Methods The separation was performed on the Dionex Ionpac AG11 column( 50 mm × 4 mm, 5 μm) + AS11( 250 mm × 4 mm, 5 μm)with potassium hydroxide generated by eluent generator( EG) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 m L / min,the suppressed conductivity detection was adopted. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Results The linear range of formic acid was 0. 1- 20 μg / m L( r = 0. 999 2),LOD was 0. 005 μg / m L and the average recovery rate was 99. 35%. The linear range of acetic acid was 0. 1- 20 μg / m L( r = 0. 999 6), LOD was 0. 006 μg / m L and the average recovery rate was 102. 06%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, highly sensitive and suitable for determining formic acid and acetic acid in hypromellose.
