医院临床药学的开展现状与可持续发展探讨

Present Situation of Clinical Pharmacy in Our Hospital and Discussion on Its Sustainable Development

目的总结临床药学工作实践,为药学工作者开展工作提供参考,同时探讨临床药学可持续发展需要关注的主要问题。方法介绍医院临床药师围绕临床开展的药学实践活动和工作开展中面临的困难,并在此基础上对我国临床药学的发展提出建议。结果医院药师开展的临床药学工作在临床合理用药方面发挥了积极作用,得到了医务工作者的肯定和患者的好评。但在工作推进过程中出现了种种困难,如相关政策滞后、领导不够重视、信息系统落后等。结论开展临床药学工作可提高药师的社会价值,促进合理用药和医院药学的发展。同时,临床药师成长必须坚持走临床途径。临床药学是最具活力的药学新领域之一,应从建立健全临床药师相关政策法规、转变教育模式、加强临床训练等方面入手,促进临床药学的可持续发展。

Objective To summarize the clinical pharmacy practice so as to provide reference for other pharmacists conducting this work, and to discuss the main problems needing concern in the sustainable development of clinical pharmacy. Methods To introduce the practice activities around clinical pharmacy in our hospital and facing difficulties in the work advance process. On this basis some suggestions on the development of clinical pharmacy in our country were put forward. Results The hospital pharmacists conducting the clinical pharmacy practice work played the active role in clinical rational drug use,which obtained the affirmation of the medical workers and the good comments of patients. But various difficulties appeared during the work advance process, such as the relevant policy lag, insufficient leadership attention and information systems backward. Conclusion Conducting the clinical pharmacy work can increase the social value of clinical pharmacists,promote the rational drug use and the development of hospital pharmacy,at the same time the growth of the clinical pharmacists must adhere to the clinical approach. Clinical pharmacy is one of the most dynamic new fields of pharmacy. Promoting the sustainable development of clinical pharmacy should begin from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the policies and regulations on clinical pharmacists,change the education mode and strengthening the clinical training,etc.
